Payment is usually accepted in Australian Dollars unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance.
Notes
- Security Deposit $1000
- Security deposit is payable at the same time as the balance amount at least 1 week before arrival. The bond will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the rental conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared etc. All confirmed bookings will need to pay a $500.00 non-refundable deposit. This amount will be deducted from your total tariff should booking go ahead as scheduled.
